DKM Custom Built Homes was incorporated in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in early 2003 by Darryl and Ken Martin. Darryl and Ken are a son and father team who started DKM Custom Built Homes with plans of turning your dreams into reality while working within a budget that you can afford.

The company has never built the same house twice and prides itself on being a truly “custom” home builder.

Anything and everything that you want in your dream home can become a reality that suits your family and its lifestyle.

When building your new home DKM Custom Built Homes can act as your Project Manager. We can manage your project from start to finish providing full disclosure to you. There are absolutely no mark ups on labor or materials!

Our renovation department manages all rec room, addition and renovation projects. Contact our Production Manager for details or to receive a free estimate on your upcoming projects. Darryl Martin is President and General Manager of DKM Custom Built Homes. Darryl takes pride in being an integral, hands-on part of each project the company undertakes. He has over 13 years of experience as a roofer, carpenter, drywaller and project manager.

Sean Fardoe is Project Manager for DKM Custom Built Homes. Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and over 12 years of experience in all aspects of the renovation and restoration industry.
